Terms of service
By making an account or buying a plan, you agree to these terms.
What Delphi Engine is
Delphi Engine gives college football picks and a place to make your own picks with friends. It is for information and entertainment only. Delphi Engine is not a sportsbook: it takes no bets, holds no money for bets and pays no winnings.
Every pick can lose. Past results do not promise future results.
Who can use it
You must be 21 or older.
Delphi Engine is not intended to be used in the state of Washington. If you are in Washington, you may not use this site, make an account or buy a plan.
Follow the laws where you live. If sports betting is not legal for you there, do not use these picks to bet.
Plans and billing
Picks is $39 a month. Pools is $2.99 a month. Each plan is billed every month during the football season and renews until you cancel.
Cancel any time from your Account page. Your plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for. A month already paid is not refunded.
Pools
A pool is a private group of friends making the same weekly picks for fun. Pools have no prizes, no cash, no pots and no entry money, and nobody pays anybody.
Do not use a pool to collect money, run side bets or award anything of value. A pool that does is closed.
Your account
One account is for one person. Do not share it.
An account that breaks these terms can be closed.
As is
The site is provided as is. It may have errors, and it may be down at times.
Delphi Engine is not responsible for any bet you place or any money you lose. Any amount Delphi Engine could owe you is limited to what you paid in the last month.
Changes and governing law
